I consider myself an old soul who is young at heart. I am passionate about living life to its fullest potential. My interests range from love of the arts, music, movies, travel, humanitarian, and animal welfare causes.
My career has been as diverse as my interests. I have worked in the field of Business, Education and the Healing Arts.
My passion lies in helping people on a deeper level. As a result, I began my journey 13 years ago towards a career where I pride myself in being a Certified Professional Coach, Yoga Professional and Tantra Practitioner. I am very dedicated to the work that I do with my clients. As much as I learn, is as much as I teach. I believe in sharing knowledge and cultivating empowerment.
My practice is very rewarding and I have seen the power of coaching and what it can do for your life. With me you get a person that prides herself in giving support, empathy, motivation, dedication, and empowerment.
I have been where you are when it comes to fear, doubt, questioning, loss, feeling ill, and overly exhausted. I know what it took for me to turn my destiny around full circle and that was determination, spirituality, faith, belief, love, and the support of family, friends, doctors, and a great coach!
