As a Certified Yoga Professional I work with providing a space filled with peace and an abundance of respectful love. I am versed in utilizing Yoga in trauma release, breath work such as Pranayama, and looking at the Chakras and how to better align them.

All ages, body types, and varying physical abilities are always welcomed to explore their journeys as Yogis. The style of Yoga that I like to engage clients with is Hatha, Restorative and Kundalini.

Join me in a 1 on 1 session or groups sessions.

Remember that these are practices and are not meant to be perfect. Enjoy the flow within your own body.
